摘要：目的：尽量减少门诊药房发药差错，提高药房调剂工作质量，从而减少药患纠纷。方法：对门诊药房发药差错的原因进行分析，并提出相应防范措施。结果：采取防范措施后，门诊药房发药差错明显减少。结论：提高药学人员素质和加强管理，可有效减少门诊药房发药差错，提高药品调剂的工作质量。
