温度敏感型纳米通道用于药物控制释放研究

摘要:目的:研究温度敏感型纳米通用于药物控制释放研究。方法:将温度敏感型聚合物聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺修饰到纳米通道内,制备温度敏感型纳米通道。结果:制备的温度敏感型纳米通道在25℃和37℃下呈现不同的形貌,可以用来控制药物的释放速率。关键词:纳米通道;聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺;温度敏感
