摘要：近年来靶控输注技术(TCI)已经在临床中得到广泛应用 ，因其操作控制性强、操作简单准确[1]，在基层医院也逐渐得到推广应用。由于基层医院相应的设备、设施和人员的缺乏，TCI在临床上应用存在一定的限制。本院自2013年8月以来，应用TCI做全麻手术近200例，积累了一些经验，最大限度地发挥TCI的优势，力求全麻过程更安全、有效、易于控制。
