摘要：随着医疗技术的发展，腹腔镜微创手术因创伤小，恢复快已逐渐取代了很多传统的手术方式，运用越来越广泛。但是，在腹腔镜微创手术得到广泛运用和推广的同时也存在如腔镜设备多，不易管理；清洗灭菌不彻底，易造成交叉感染等问题。本文就腹腔镜手术开展过程中存在的主要问题进行分析，提出对策。
