摘要：目的：观察消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将102例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组51例，治疗组采用消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗;对照组单用依巴斯汀治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗1月评分、临床疗效及复发率。结果：两组治疗前后评分有差异(P<0.05);治疗1月治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：消风散加减联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹有较好的临床疗效，且复发率低。
