摘要： 目的： 探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法： 对符合入选标准的感染后咳嗽患者110例，随机分为两组，治疗组58例给予孟鲁司特钠片10mg/次，1次/天， 5天为1疗程。对照组52例给予氨茶碱片0.1g/次，3次/天，5天为1疗程。结果： 治疗组总有效率达96.55% ，对照组总有效率达82.69% ，比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论： 孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽有效，值得推广应用。
