摘要：目的：多发肋骨骨折采取手术治疗与非手术治疗效果对比分析。方法：回顾我科78例接受两种不同治疗方式患者病例资料，对两组患者入院情况、住院时间、疼痛恢复时间、肺部感染并发症等情况进行对比。结果： 接骨板手术组患者术后疼痛恢复时间及肺部感染发生率均低于非手术组，且有统计学意义(p<0.05)。 结论：多发肋骨骨折患者进行手术治疗可减少并发症发生。
