摘要： 目的：观察局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏在高频电灼治疗尖锐湿疣后预防复发的疗效及安全性。方法：97例符合尖锐湿疣诊断的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，均行高频电灼治疗去除疣体后，治疗组外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏每周3次，对照组外用重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶4次/d。疗程均为12周。结果：治疗组和对照组复发率分别为8.16%，29.17%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：在去除疣体后局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏是预防CA复发的较好选择 。
