摘要：目的： 观察乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片合并舒利迭(沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松)对老年矽肺患者的疗效。方法： 将老年矽肺患者60例，随机分成观察组30例、对照组30例。对照组给予一般抗炎、应用茶碱、氧疗等处理，观察组在对照组的一般处理基础上，同时给予乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片(600mg，口服，日二次)和舒利迭(沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松 50μg /500μg，日一次)，疗程时间为30天。结果：观察组患者临床症状以及肺功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论： 乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片合并舒利迭对矽肺患者症状和体征有明显改善作用。
