摘要：目的：研究分析在消化科病区开展层级护理模式管理的应用价值。方法：回顾2014.02-12015.02期间我院消化科病区实施层级护理模式管理作为观察组;同时，将2013.01-2014.01期间消化科未实施层级护理模式管理作为对照组。结果：观察组在基础护理、护理操作规范、护理病历书写、满意度等评分方面均显著优于对照组，差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论：在消化科病区实施层级护理模式管理后，护理服务质量及满意度得到了显著提高。
