摘要： 目的： 探讨泛影葡胺、奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻的有效方法。方法： 对应用泛影葡胺、奥曲肽治疗50例肠梗阻的病人认真评估、仔细观察临床症状及治疗效果，进行相应的护理干预。结果： 50例应用泛影葡胺、奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻病例中4例高龄病情原因自动出院，9例保守治疗中转手术，33例均保守治疗成功痊愈出院。结论： 对肠梗阻病人应用泛影葡胺、奥曲肽治疗成功有效，可缩短患者住院天数，但对索带压迫肠管的肠梗阻效果欠佳。
