摘要： 目的： 对宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变的治疗效果进行观察和比较。方法：应用LEEP对118例宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者进行诊断和治疗，对其疗效及病理检查进行回顾性分析。结果：LEEP治疗宫颈疾病成功118例(100%)，手术时间(9.4？±3.0)min，出血量(10.0±2.8)ml，术后7例(5.93%)患者出现下腹隐痛、阴道烧灼感，1例出现大出血；术后病理诊断为：CINⅠ34例，CINⅡ57例，CINⅢ24 例，浸润癌3例；术后病理诊断级别下降者18例，等级者79例，升级者21例。结论： LEEP治疗CIN安全有效、简单易行、并发症少，只要掌握手术指征，规范手术方法，注意术后病理观察，即可取得满意疗效，但术后仍需定期随访，才能有效防止宫颈癌的发生发展。
