舒利迭治疗AECOPD50例临床疗效观察

     摘要：目的：探讨分析舒利迭治疗AECOPD的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2012年5月至2014年4月间在我院进行治疗的100例AECOPD患者的临床记录资料。结果：治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为92%，大于对照组的74%，具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的FVC、FEV1以及FEV1 占预计比例均明显高于对照组，差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒利迭治疗AECOPD的临床疗效显著，可于临床推广应用。
