摘要：目的：观察微血管减压术(MVD)治疗面肌痉挛(HFS)的疗效。方法： 以我院2012年1月～2014年3月收治的100例HFS患者为研究对象，其中≥65岁者65例，为老年组，<65岁者35例，为中青年组，均行MVD术，术后随访1年，比较两组临床疗效及并发症情况。结果： 术后随访1年，老年组总有效率、并发症发生率分别为95.4%、12.3%，与中青年组的97.1%、11.4%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论： 微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛疗效明确，并发症少，且基本不受患者年龄局限。

    Abstract： Objective To observe the curative effect of microvascular decompression (MVD) on the treatment of hemifacial spasm (HFS). Methods 100 cases of patients with HFS admitted into the hospital from January 2012 to March2014 were selected as the research objects among which there were 65 patients more than 65 years old as the elderly group while 35 cases less than 65 years old as the young group.
