摘 要：鹿蹄草是我国传统的中药材， 常用于各种风湿骨病证。近年来国内外学者对鹿蹄草开展了多方面研究，并在化学成分和生物学活性方面有新发现。现就其原植物形态、生态分布、药用部分形态和结构等生物学特性，主要药用成分酚、醌、苷、氨基酸等及其生物活性的研究进行综述，为今后的研究和开发利用提供参考。
