摘要： 目的：进一步探究在老年白内障疾病中应用小切口非超声乳化摘除术的临床效果。方法：对一年来(2014.4-2015.4)在我院眼科接受治疗的360例老年白内障患者(共计400眼)进行回顾总结分析。所有患者均应用小切口非超声乳化摘除术进行治疗。对比分析治疗前后老年白内障患者的视力及相关并发症情况。结果：采用小切口非超声乳化摘除术，患者术后1周视力恢复明显好转，术前术后视力差异显著，P<0.05，统计学意义明显。同时，术后患者出现角膜水肿、前房积血以及虹膜损伤等并发症情况也较少，并发症发生率仅为8%。结论：小切口非超声乳化摘除术在老年性白内障的治疗上不仅效果佳、恢复快，而且易操作、成本低，尤其适用于基层医院。
