锁骨骨折内固定失效的原因分析及预防处理措施

     摘要：目的：分析锁骨骨折内固定失效的原因及预防处理措施。方法：选取我院收治的182例重锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象，实施内固定手术治疗，随后进行术后随访。结果：182例锁骨骨折患者进行内固定术治疗锁骨骨折，重建钢板治疗28例，优良率89.28%，解剖钢板治疗86例，优良率96.51%，锁骨钩钢板治疗50例，优良率96.00%。对182例患者进行术后为期6～22个月的随访发现，其中术后钢板断裂2例，断钉1例，骨不连3例，有3例患者肩关节上举90度有疼痛感，其余患者均痊愈。结论：锁骨骨折内固定失败多因为固定方式不合理，锁骨骨折的治疗应根据骨折情况选择合适的内固定及方式，规范手术操作，正确指导术后功能锻炼。
