摘要：目的：探讨替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的效果及T淋巴细胞亚群变化。方法：选取中晚期胃癌患者136例，随机分为对照组与观察组，分别给予顺铂与替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂化疗，观测临床效果及T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果：观察组化疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著高于与对照组(P<0.05)；观察组客观有效率为48.53%，对照组客观有效率为33.82%(P<0.05)。结论：替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂化疗治疗中晚期胃癌，效果确切，且可改善CD4+、CD4+/CD8+。
