摘要： 目的： 探讨老年抑郁症患者认知功能损害的特点。方法： 58例首发抑郁症患者作为研究组，50例健康体检者作为对照组，比较两组的认知功能。结果： 两组在MoCA总分、注意力、言语、延迟回忆因子评分比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论： 老年抑郁症患者存在语言功能、记忆和注意多项认知功能异常
