摘要：目的：探讨持续负压引流在治疗慢性巨大皮下血肿的临床疗效；方法：收集我科自2012年3月至2014年12月收治的21例不同部位创伤后慢性巨大皮下血肿病例(每例皮下血肿在最后一次穿刺抽吸血肿量均在50ml以上)，回顾性分析持续负压引流治疗效果。结果：术后随访3个月，21例皮下慢性巨大血肿均痊愈。结论：持续负压引流用于治疗慢性巨大皮下血肿，具有创伤小、疗效好、外形美观、缩短患者的治疗时间，减少患者的治疗费用的优点。
