摘要： 目的：比较锁骨骨折后解剖接骨板与锁定接骨板内固定治疗的临床疗效。 方法： 采用回顾性分析的方法分析我院骨外科2007年4月～2015年4月收治的154例移位的锁骨骨折患者的临床资料与预后随访情况。锁骨中 1 /3骨折 103例 ， 锁骨外 1 /3骨折51例， 88例解剖接骨板，66例锁定接骨板随访8 个月～ 12 个月。 结果： 术后出现拔钉2例、骨不连2例， 接骨板断裂再骨折3例。均为解剖接骨板组， 锁定接骨板组均1期愈合。结论： 锁骨骨折后，锁定接骨板组固定牢靠， 并发症少，可早期进行关节功能锻炼，是锁骨骨折理想的治疗方法。
