摘要：目的：观察头孢他啶联合喜炎平注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法：将100例社区获得性肺炎随机分为2组，治疗组以头孢他啶+喜炎平注射液治疗；对照组：以头孢他啶治疗，疗程7-14天。结果：治疗组总有效率94%，对照组为82%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)结论：喜炎平注射液在社区获得性肺炎治疗中疗效显著。
