摘要：目的探究无张力补片修补法在临床上治疗疝气取得的效果。方法选取2010年12月~2012年12月在我院行无张力补片修补法治疗疝气的60例患者，按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，观察记录两组患者的疗效、并发症、复发率以及住院时间，术后随访1年时间，对比分析患者的恢复情况。结果两组患者治疗后疗效比较χ2=5.3636(p=0.0206)；总并发症比较χ2=11.2381(p=0.0008)；平均住院时间比较t=3.6555(p=0.0006)；复发率比较χ2=5.3636(p=0.0206)；差异具有统计学意义。结论无张力补片修补法治疗疝气手术操作简单，在临床上的使用具有显著的疗效，值得在临床上进行推广使用。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the tension-free mesh repair method in the clinical treatment effect of hernia.
