系统护理对100例结肠炎患者心理负担的影响分析(1)

摘要:目的：研究系统护理对结肠炎患者的心理负担产生的影响，并进行分析。方法： 对我院住院部收治的100例结肠炎患者展开研究，按照护理方式的不同分为两组，其中对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上实行系统护理，分析比较两组患者的心理情况及对护理的满意度。结果：治疗后，两组患者的各项心理情绪的SCL-90评分比较t分别为2.2343、2.5696、2.5584、5.4521、2.0341，p<0.05；对护理满意度的比较χ2=6.0000(p=0.0143)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：系统护理对结肠炎患者进行全方位的护理，有效缓解患者的心理负担，促进病情的转归，值得在临床上开展使用。
