摘要:目的：探究益气活血利水法治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：选取2012年1月~2013年5月我院行益气活血利水法联合西医治疗的50例充血性心力衰竭患者为观察组，另选取同期采用西医治疗的50例充血性心力衰竭患者为对照组，观察两组患者的临床症状及体征改善情况。结果：两组患者经治疗后心功能总有效率比较P>0.05，无显著差异；治疗后中医证候总有效率、脑钠肽前体改善、心脏彩超改善比较P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：益气活血利水法治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效显著，能有效改善患者的症状及体征，同时提高患者的生存质量，值得临床推广使用。
