摘要：目的：探究血液透析联合血流灌注治疗尿毒症的临床疗效，为寻找更有效的治疗方法提供参考依据。方法：选取我院收治的尿毒症患者150例为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予透析治疗，观察组在此基础上给予血液灌流治疗，观察两组患者临床症状改善情况及检查指标变化情况。结果：两组患者总有效率、皮肤瘙痒、骨痛、高血压、头晕、食欲改善、BUN、Cr比较上P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：血液透析联合血流灌注治疗尿毒症效果确切，能有效改善患者的临床症状，提高患者的生存率，值得临床推广使用。
