有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗 67例胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效分析

摘要：目的:探究有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2011年3月~2013年12月我院收治的67例Pilon骨折患者为对照组，给予三叶草型固定板治疗；另选取同期收治的67例Pilon骨折患者为研究组，给有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果与术后并发症情况。结果:两组患者解剖复位率比较、Mazur 评分优良率比较、随访一年后延迟愈合比较比较P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论:有限切开锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折临床效果显著，关节复位率高，内固定稳固，术后并发症少，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective: To explore the clinical effect of limited open reduction and locking plate fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods: 67 cases of Pilon from 2011 March ~2013 year in December in our hospital of fracture patients in control group, treated with cloverleaf plate in the treatment of 67 cases of Pilon were selected; fractures treated patients for the study group, given the limited incision and locking plate fixation, to observe the therapeutic effect and complications of two groups of patients after.
