摘 要： 外科学总论是外科学的基础，实验动物手术学教学是外科学总论教学的重要一环。培养医学生外科手术的无菌观念，掌握基本操作技能，提高医学生的临床实践能力的，帮助学生养成受益终身的良好习惯。
