摘要：目的：探讨静脉注射右美托嘧啶对全身麻醉辅助的安全性和有效性。方法：选择我院2011年6月至2013年8月收治的100例行全身麻醉患者，随机分为对照组50例，观察组50例，观察行右美托嘧啶做全麻辅助，对照组行丙泊酚靶控注射，麻醉起效后，将麻醉机置入喉罩中做呼吸维持，随后开展手术。对两组患者麻醉后收缩压、舒张压和心率情况进行对比分析。结果：行麻醉诱导前，两组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率无差异(P>0.05)。观察组麻醉后收缩压和舒张压、心率情况都显著由于对照组(P<0.05)。经手术后，观察组患者心率和血压的恢复情况，显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：采取静脉注射右美托嘧啶做全身麻醉辅助，可有效对患者术中心率和血压情况进行改善，降低术中患者出现心率和血压过低情况发生率，可为手术提高安全性，其有效性高，值得临床进一步使用。
