摘要:目的: 观察多奈哌齐联合丁苯酞软胶囊对血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)患者的治疗作用。方法: VCI患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组给予丁苯酞软胶囊与多奈哌齐联合治疗，多对照组仅给予多奈哌齐。2组患者在治疗前和治疗8周后分别采用简易智力状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)进行评分。结果: 治疗后两组ADL积分降低,MMSE积分提高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多奈哌齐联合丁苯酞软胶囊对血管性认知障碍者的认知功能有较好的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined use of donepezil and butylphthalide soft capsules on the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment.Methods 60 Patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each had 30 patients. Butylphthalide soft capsules were used for the treatment group. The control group only used the donepezil. Beofre and after the 8 weeks trealment ,MMSE scale and ADL scale was used to assess the therapeutic effect.
