摘 要:目的：探讨和分析应用彩色多普勒超声对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者颈动脉病变诊断的特点和价值。方法：选取366例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者为Ⅱ型糖尿病组，选取同期来我院行健康体检的健康人群共240例为对照组，采用彩色多普勒超声行颈动脉病变检查，比较两组患者颈动脉内中膜增厚检出率、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块发生率及管腔狭窄率。结果：Ⅱ型糖尿病组的内中膜增厚检出率、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块发生率及管腔狭窄率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：颈部动脉超声可以直接显示动脉病变程度和斑块性质，为临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the Value of ultrasound in diagnosis of carotid lesions in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Selected 366 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus for type 2 diabetes mellitus group, 240 healthy person for control group. Used color doppler ultrasound to check with neck artery lesions. The rate of carotid intima-media thickness, carotid atherosclerotic plaques and luminal stenosis were compared between the two groups.
