双切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床研究(1)

摘要：目的：探讨双切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2007年5月～2011年5月间应用双切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折67例(SchatzkerⅤ型28例，SchatzkerⅥ型39例)。结果：本组病人均获随访，随访时间1年～2年零6个月，平均1年零5个月。术后3天X线片示股胫角(FTA)177°±2.9°，胫骨平台内翻角(TPA)87°±1.3°，后倾角(PA)9°±1.8°。术后3月、1年复查角度无明显丢失,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。术后1年膝关节美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分64-97分，平均86.4分。优良率91.04%。结论：采用双切口双钢板内固定能为胫骨平台粉碎性骨折提供良好的力学稳定性，降低并发症的发生率，获得理想的膝关节活动度。
