脾虚气弱型干眼症60例疗效分析

摘要:目的：观察中西医结合治疗脾虚气弱型干眼症的疗效。方法：将门诊脾虚气弱型干眼症患者60例随机分为两组，对照组30例采用人工泪液滴眼和口服A族维生素。治疗组30例在对照组的基础上加服参苓白术散汤药，两组均以10d为1疗程，3个疗程后统计疗效。结果：对照组治愈4例，有效13例，无效13例，总有效率56.7%，治愈率13.3%，治疗组治愈18例，有效6例，无效6例，总有效率80%，治愈率60%；两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗脾虚气弱型干眼症具有较好的临床疗效。
