摘要：目的 ： 探究中医抗癌扶正法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效，为今后的临床工作提供参考依据。方法：选取2010年1月~2013年1月收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者100例为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予常规抗癌治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医抗癌扶正法联合治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 ： 两组患者临床疗效比较χ2=11.2571(P=0.0008)；临床症状缓解比较χ2=45.8648(P=0.0000)；KPS评分比较χ2=53.3569(P=0.0000)差异，具有统计学意义。结论：中医抗癌扶正法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤，能有效的抑制肿瘤细胞的扩散，快速缓解患者的症状，明显改善预后，有效的提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of TCM anticancer centralizing in treatment of advanced m alignant tumor, provides the reference for the clinical work in the future.
