股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折 51例的体会(1)

摘要:目的:探究股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的临床治疗效果，并进行分析。方法:选取我院2011年05月至2014年05月住院部收治的发生股骨转子下骨折的51例患者为研究对象，将其按照治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组患者给予股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗，对照组患者给予动力髋螺钉治疗，比较分析两组患者的临床疗效及并发症情况。结果:两组患者术前髋关节评分比较t=0.0171(p=0.9864)，差异无统计学意义；术后髋关节评分、手术时间、术中出血量的比较上t分别为2.0512、11.2102、5.2345，p<0.05，总并发症率的比较上χ2=4.6837(p=0.0305)，差异具有统计学意义。结论:股骨近端防旋髓内钉对股骨转子下骨折的治疗，具有操作简单、术中出血量少、并发症少、固定稳定，对后期关节功能恢复起到了促进作用，值得在临床上开展使用。
