摘要:目的:探究美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2011年4月~2013年4月门诊及住院部64例老年缺血性心律失常患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者予以美托洛尔治疗，实验组患者在对照组的基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗，观察记录两组患者临床治疗效果及用药后不良反应情况。结果:两组患者经治疗后，临床疗效总有效率比较，实验组明显高于对照组，p<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；两组患者用药后总不良反应率比较，实验组明显比对照组低，p<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论:采取美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗老年缺血性心律失常具有显著的临床治疗效果，可改善患者心律失常情况，且不良反应少、安全性高，是临床上治疗老年缺血性心律失常的首选方法。
