自制布垫在皮牵引术中的护理应用体会

摘 要：目的：探讨皮牵引术中护理应用的效果。方法：将200例须皮牵引治疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各100例，其中实验组是采用自制布垫后再采用长套式皮牵引套，对照组常规单纯采用长套式皮牵引套进行护理观察，比教两组治疗过程中护理情况。结果：实验组的护理并发症比对照组明显下降〔P<0.01〕。结论：自制布垫在皮牵引术治疗中，减少皮肤损伤，对护理工作起到积极作用，效果明显，应在护理临床实践推广应用。

Abstract：Objective：Self-made cloth pads of traction in the skin care application in. Method： 200 patients with cutaneous traction for the treatment of patients to be randomly divided into experimental and control group， 100 cases in each group， the experimental group consisted of home-made cloth pad and then skin traction with long nested sets， the control group using conventional simple long-sleeve-type skin traction kit for nursing observation. more care during the treatment groups.
