摘 要： 目的：探讨群组管理模式在社区糖尿病、高血压中的效果。方法：对本院收治的100例单独高血压患者、100例单独糖尿病患者、100例高血压合并糖尿病患者进行群组管理，对社区糖尿病、高血压和高血压伴糖尿病患者实施群组管理模式干预， 评价群组管理的临床疗效。结果：采用群组管理，单独高血压、单独糖尿病、高血压合并糖尿病组的治疗有效率以及相关知识掌握率均高于对照组，P<0.05。 结论：采用群组管理模式，能够有效的提升高血压、糖尿病的治疗有效率，具有较好的临床疗效，而且具有推广价值。
