摘 要：目的： 探讨PDCA循环在口腔治疗台水路无菌处理中的作用。方法：运用PDCA循环管理口腔治疗台的水路灭菌处理，比较前后3个月我科10台口腔治疗台的贮水瓶接口和贮水瓶内及手机连接管内水的细菌菌落情况。结果：口腔治疗台的贮水瓶接口、贮水瓶内及手机连接管内水的细菌菌落由实施前的240.4±28.4cfu/mL、224.2±30.4 cfu/mL、268.9±28.5 cfu/mL分别下降到5.2±4.1cmf/ml、8.6±6.7cfu/mL、10.6±15.3cfu/mL，p<0.001。结论： PDCA 通过科学的方法、有效的反馈机制可有效降低口腔治疗台水路细菌菌落。
