卵巢硬化性的间质瘤临床病理分析(1)

     摘要： 目的：探讨卵巢硬化性的间质瘤(sclerosing stromal tumour，STT)病例的临床表现特点、病理诊断及鉴别诊断，以期提高临床与病理对该病认识的准确性。方法：搜集我院2例卵巢硬化性间质瘤病例的临床病理材料，并对国内外公开发表的卵巢硬化性间质瘤病例的相关文献进行复习。结果：肿瘤呈实性或囊性，界清，光镜下瘤细胞丰富区与疏松水肿区相间呈假小叶状结构，免疫表型常表达Vimentin、SMA、α-Inhibin。结论：硬化性间质瘤临床罕见，相关资料有限，临床表现不特殊，术前诊断困难，务必行术中冰冻病理诊断，避免过度治疗。该瘤可能与性激素活动有关，及时手术切除，预后极佳。
