摘要：目的：总结高龄老人股骨胫骨折术后的护理体会，为提高护理水平提供指导依据。方法：选取2010年3月～2012年3月的股骨胫骨折术后患者60例为研究对象，并对其临床治护理进行回顾性分析，对护理效果进行评价。结果：患者经护理后均痊愈出院，其HAMA评分与VAS评分显著低于护理前(P<0.05)，且护理满意度高达96.7%。结论：对高龄股骨胫骨折老年患者进行针对性的护理以及术后功能锻炼，能有效提高手术的治疗效果，促进患者早日康复，可在临床借鉴并推广。
