摘要：目的：观察早期肢体功能锻炼在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果，为临床后期提供参考。方法：选取2010年1月-2013年3月期间医院住院部收治的40例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象，根据功能锻炼方式的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组各20例。对照组患者给予常规治疗、护理和功能锻炼，研究组在对照组基础上进行早期肢体任务功能训练。观察两组一般情况。结果：入院时与入院3个月、6个月时组内的FMA、BI评分比较，差异P<0.01；入院6个月时两组间BI评分比较，P<0.05，差异均具有统计学意义。结论：脑梗死后偏瘫患者在早期进行肢体功能的锻炼，可较好改善患者肢体功能，提高生活能力和生活质量，值得在临床中推广应用。
