[摘要]目的调查精神病合并妊娠患者的临床特点，探讨此类患者的有效护理措施。方法分析了2005年1月至2006年12月因精神病合并妊娠而在我院住院的21例患者的资料，归纳其症状特点和护理要点。结果2005年因妊娠出现精神症状而住院的8例，2006年13例，分别占同期住院女性患者的0.9%和1.2%。19例为第一次怀孕，2例为第二次怀孕。精神分裂症12例；躁狂症7例; 抑郁症2例。结论精神病患者怀孕后致病情复发而住院的病例有上升趋势，控制精神病症状，确保安全，做好孕期保健，是护理的关键。

    A Survey on Clinical Features and Nursing Measure of Pregnant Women with Psychiatric

    [Abstract]Objective To survey the clinical features of pregnant women with psychiatric and explore the effective nursing measure.Methods21 inpatients cases from January 2005 to December 2006,who werepregnant women with psychiatric were studied.summarized their symptom feature and main nursing measure. Result There were 8 cases of such patients in 2005 and13 cases in 2006 .The occurrence rate in women inpatientsin the sameperiod were 0.9% and 1.2% .19 cases were the first pregnant and 2 were the second .12 cases were schizophrenia ,7 cases were manic episode ,2 cases were major depression. Conclusions Inpatient cases of pregnant women with psychiatric are increasing in recent years, Controlling the psychiatric symptom ensuring safety in the word and keeping health during pregnant are key nursing measure. ......
