[摘要]目的探讨应激性溃疡的防治及护理。方法：治疗采用全身药物治疗，局部治疗及饮食治疗，护士工作中要及时观察消化道出血，对症护理，心理护理及饮食护理等。结果：152例应激性溃疡死亡52例。结论：及时发现病情，及时有效的治疗是护理工作的重要职责，也是治疗应激性溃疡的关键。
