[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预在糖尿病患者血糖控制方面的作用。 方法 将50例糖尿病患者随机分成实验组(25例)和对照组(25例)。实验组予以系统的护理干预，包括糖尿病的健康教育、饮食指导、运动指导、用药指导以及自我监测。对照组只接受常规护理。比较两组的血糖控制情况。结果 实验组的血糖控制情况明显优于对照组，差异有显著性。 结论 护理干预能提高患者的自我护理能力，使血糖控制理想。
