从护士长竞聘和轮岗论护理人才的选拔和培养(1)
[摘要]目的 探索培养和选拔护理管理人才的途径。方法 分析了竞聘前后护士长状况,上岗后四年的考评状况。结果 竞聘前护士长的平均年龄和大专以上学历为47.5±6.5岁和20%,竞聘后为40.2±5.4岁和50%,护士对护士长的工作满意度逐年提高。结论 更新培养人才观念,建立选拔护理管理人才的有效机制,才能使优秀人才早日脱颖而出。关键词:护士长 培养选拔 护理管理
[Abstract] Objective To explore the way of cultivating and selecting nursing talents. Methods Analysed the condition of around the head nurses competition and evaluated the condition of the head nurses in their posts for four years. .ResultsThe head nurses average age and the record of formal school education above college were 47.5±6.5years and 20% before the competition, but are 40.2±5.4 years and 50% after that. The degree of nurses satisfaction toward head nurses job was significantly improved .Conclusion It need to refresh the conceptions of cultivating, setting up effectivemechanism institution for selecting talents person of nursing management ,let excellent nursing talents showing themselves as early as possible
