[摘要] 目的总结急性胃黏膜病变的护理经验。方法对40例确诊的急性胃黏膜病变患者在治疗期间进行严密观察和加强心理疏导护理。结果收治的40例急性胃粘膜病变患者，通过精心护理，使临床疗效显著提高，98%以上患者内科治疗得到治愈，平均住院天数为12天。结论第一次出血者，不论病情轻重及年龄大小，均表现出异常紧张和恐惧的心理；再次出血者，受年龄、家庭、文化背景、性格等的影响，其心理反应较复杂，因此心理护理显得十分重要。
