[摘要] 目的探讨外科临床带教流程的规范化建设对护生实习效果的作用。方法结合多种临床带教手段对外科实习护生进行规范化带教。结果外科实习护生对临床带教的满意度均在95%以上；通过理论和实践考核，89%实习生成绩优异，11%成绩良好。结论临床带教流程的规范化建设对于提高外科实习护生的综合素质和临床实践能力作用明显。

    Standardization Construction in surgery clinical teaching process of student nursing

    Abstract：Objective：to discuss the effect of the standardization construction in surgery clinical teaching process of student nurses. Method：utilized the multiple clinical teaching fashions to the student nurses. Outcome：Surgery student nurses were satisfied with the clinical teaching process up to 95% degree，and in the clinical comprehensive test 89% of them scored “A” and 11% scored “B”. Conclusion：Standardization Construction in surgery clinical teaching process was very effective to improve surgery student nurses’ all-around diathesis and competence.
