加强家属健康教育对老年痴呆患者生活能力的影响

[摘 要]目的 探讨加强家属健康教育对老年痴呆患者生活能力的影响。方法 选取38例老年痴呆患者，随机分成观察组19 例，对照组19 例，两组患者均予常规综合治疗，内容包括健康教育、饮食指导、运动指导、行为干预、药物治疗等。在此基础上，观察组加强家属健康教育。分别在患者入院时和随访3 个月后采用日常生活能力量表，对两组患者的生活能力进行总体评分。结果 日常生活能力量表平分中，观察组分值明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，说明老年痴呆患者的生活自理能力明显提高。结论 加强家属健康教育可提高老年痴呆患者家属的照料水平及配合程度，帮助患者特高日常生活能力。
