人参蜂王浆在分娩期应用的临床研究

[摘 要]目的 探讨口服人参蜂王浆在分娩期的应用效果。方法 将200 例初产妇分为两组各100 例。对照组采用常规进食，观察组在进入活跃期后开始口服人参蜂王浆。结果 观察组顺产率显著高于对照组(p<0.01)，且产程时间显著短于对照组(p<0.01)。结论 活跃期产妇口服人参蜂王浆可迅速补充能量，缩短产程，降低剖宫产率。

[Abstract]Objective Discussion oral administration ginseng royal jelly in childbirth time application effect。Methods Theparturient woman divides into 200 the beginning of examples two group of each 100 examples.The control group uses theconventional feed，the observation group after enters the active phase to start to take orally the ginseng royal jelly。ResultsThe observation group obviously is higher than the control group along the production rate (p<0.01)，also course of childbirthtime remarkable short in control group (p<0.01)。Conclusion Active phase parturient woman takes orally the ginsengroyal jelly to be possible the rapid supplementary energy，reduces the course of childbirth，reduces splits the palace productionrate。
